APOSTILLE FACILITATION PROCESS

Initial Consultation and Document Review: Verify the destination country is a member of the Hague Convention (confirming an apostille is appropriate rather than authentication). Review documents for proper formatting and ensure they are original or certified copies.

Notarization: Perform the notarization on the document if required, ensuring proper seal and signature.

Complete Request Forms: Fill out the specific Apostille Request Form required by the state or federal agency (e.g., Secretary of State).

Prepare Submission Package: Assemble the notarized document, completed request form, applicable fees (check or money order), and a pre-paid return shipping label.

Submit to Authority: Deliver the documents to the relevant authorities.
